1. Who we are. Redstart is operated by Ashish Pandey (also written Ashish Panday), Kathmandu, Nepal. Contact: hello@redstarthq.com.

2. Information about our customers. When you request samples or subscribe, we collect your name, company, email, phone, service area and your messages to us. Payments are handled by Dodo Payments. We never see your full card or bank numbers.

3. How we use it. To deliver the research, support you, bill you and tell you about your plan. We don't sell customer information.

4. Our research. Our research covers commercial buildings and the businesses that use them. It can include public business contact details, such as a company's main phone number, job titles, and the names of business contacts where the business or a public record publishes them. We don't seek out personal cell numbers, home addresses or sensitive information.

5. Removal requests. If you are named in our research and want to be removed, email hello@redstarthq.com. We remove you within 7 days and keep you out of future research.

6. Sharing. Research for an area is shared only with the roofer who subscribes to that area. We use service providers to run the service: Cloudflare (hosting and security), Dodo Payments (payments) and Google (email).

7. Cookies and analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics will be enabled when configured. We use no advertising trackers.

8. Retention. We keep customer information while your plan is active and for up to 24 months after, unless you ask us to delete it and the law allows it.

9. Security. We use access controls and encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure.

10. Your choices. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at hello@redstarthq.com.

11. Changes. We'll post any change here with a new date.
