Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancel anytime. Use the link in your receipt email or email hello@redstarthq.com. Cancelling stops your next renewal. You keep the buildings already delivered.

Refunds. Research for a round starts as soon as you pay, so we don't refund a round that has started.

Wrong buildings. A building that is closed, residential, outside your area, a duplicate, or already your customer is replaced free within 48 hours of your report.

If we can't cover your area. If we confirm we can't cover your area before research starts, you get a full refund.

Billing errors. Duplicate charges and billing errors are refunded in full.
