Terms of Service

1. Who we are. Redstart is a trading name of Ashish Pandey (also written Ashish Panday), Kathmandu, Nepal. We use "we" and "us" to refer to the operator. Contact: hello@redstarthq.com.

2. The service. A subscription to research about commercial buildings in the area you choose, delivered through a private web page every 4 weeks. The research is based on public sources and AI-assisted analysis. We do not inspect roofs, contact building owners for you, or promise that any building will become a job.

3. Plans and payment. Prices are on our pricing page. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record, which handles billing, taxes and receipts. Core and Premium plans renew automatically every 4 weeks until you cancel. 3-round plans end after the third round unless you choose to renew.

4. Delivery. On Core, the first 25 buildings arrive within 48 hours of payment and all 100 within 7 days. Premium delivery dates are agreed in writing.

5. Your area. We confirm your area in writing before you pay. While your plan is active, we don't sell research for that area (Core) or county (Premium) to another roofing contractor.

6. Replacements. A wrong building is one that is closed, residential, outside your area, a duplicate, or already your customer. Tell us within the round and we replace it free within 48 hours.

7. Cancellation and refunds. You can cancel anytime. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

8. Your use of the research. The research is for your own business. Don't resell or publish it. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to how you contact businesses, including rules for calls, texts and email.

9. Accuracy. We work hard to keep the research accurate, but public sources can be out of date. The research is provided as is.

10. Liability. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 4 weeks before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.

11. Changes. We may update these terms. We'll email active customers before a change affects them.

12. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
